Came to my place, looked at the job and said everything was ok, promised me a quote that night, but never heard from him again. I followed up several times but no response. I consider him unprofessional and a time waster, dont bother look elsewhere.

Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend his ethics and work. Russ did the grout replacement on the balcony I'm renting and he explained to me why the grout work needed to be done, and what's going to happen. He seemed to know exactly what the problems were and how to resolve them most efficiently. The end result was fantastic. I was away on the final works and it was a great surprise to see the balcony of this old building looking so fresh.

I highly recommend Russell from Strategic Tiling. He was honest, punctual, and did a fantastic job with the re-grouting of our shower recess. I would definitely use Russell again for any tiling needs.
