I highly recommend Strategic Regrouting! Russell came out quickly to take a look and was incredibly knowledgeable. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and his quote was very fair. On the day of the job, his team arrived right on time and did an excellent job. They were extremely neat and tidy throughout the process and completed the work to a very high standard. I am more than happy with the results.
Having to deal with a leak issue and potential repairs is daunting enough let alone knowing who to trust to fix the problem. From first email for a quote to a friendly phone call and inspection took Russell no less than a few hours. Russell completed our bathrooms in 2 days and did an excellent job. Communication was good and we only had to wait about 1 and a half weeks from the quoting time. I would happily recommend this company!
Nice guy! But as others have mentioned, when he doesn’t want to do a job he just ghosts. I would have preferred him to just tell me he wasn’t interested in the job.
