I am really satisfied relying with Rhonda when it comes to filing my taxes in IRS. The process is so easy and convenient to me. They asked me to downloads an app in which I can place all my questions, uploaded the needed documents and followed up what you need to be completed. I just think its so cool and it really organized your task. Also, before filing they will ask you options if you want to have a meeting with them to discuss about the details of your forms, refunds etc… That is cool too, its convenient that I dont need... read more

We can’t thank Rhonda and STPS enough for her kindness, understanding, and her persistence to get our situation with the IRS resolved. Our situation was complicated, we were getting nowhere with the IRS, so we turned to a professional. Rhonda took time with us to ensure us that we had multiple options and went over each one with us.
