I had a very disappointing experience with Strategic Source. Instead of handling negotiations as expected, they made us do all the work to achieve any savings. Despite this, they took credit for the savings and then billed us for their supposed services. To make matters worse, they sent our company to collections and even harassed employees on their personal time and cell phones about our company’s debt. This is not a company I would recommend for your business.
