Overall experience was not what I expected. I cannot recommend-emphasis on overall. I have a list of things that didn’t meet my customer satisfaction standards. Yes, a 5 week old roof should not leak! On a positive note, your company was responsive to the concerns and worked diligently to resolve once brought to your attention.
