I highly recommend this company. Scott gave me his honest opinion on whether my appliance was worth fixing. He was able to work with my schedule and communicated clearly and promptly. When the appliance glitched as he was packing up, he stayed to adjust it until he was confident in his repair. I also appreciated how he explained what he was doing so that I could understand what the problem was and what problems I might encounter in the future. I chose Strategic Mechanical as a small local to Nanaimo company. While the first appointment was postponed we were kept informed of the nature of another client's crisis (gas leak).
