I've been to a lot of massage therapists over the years, and Reilly at Strategic Massage is one of the best. She has done a fantastic job helping me with some knee pain I've been experiencing. She knows how to work trigger points effectively in a way that has really allowed me to notice results quickly. I highly recommend her for any type of massage work you need done.
Reilly at strategic massage is fantastic. I have several chronic conditions and injuries. Including carpal tunnel in both hands, both of which need surgery, and a back injury that also needs surgery. I have been trying everything possible to avoid having any more surgeries. I was very skeptical that massage would help at all but I wanted to check it off the list before I went ahead with surgery. Reilly is awesome! She zeros in on painful areas without you even telling her. I had a swollen, painful arm due to a mending broken wrist. After one visit the pain was gone! Soon the swelling was all gone too! I am grateful that I found Reilly because it has made all the difference - now I can use my whole arm including the wrist and hand!
For the last 15 years, I have suffered from intense knee pain. I was diagnosed with a baker's cyst. Disliking the side effects of the pain medication, it was suggested to see a massage therapist. That is where I meet Riley, she started massaging my knee once a week for an hour and along with giving me tips on self massage while at home and work. All this took place about 1 year ago, I not am 95% pain free and only see her now about 1 a month. This has been a wonderful experience into a medication free therapy. Thank you.
She is great. Reilly has helped my wife with her massage.
