I would not recommed to work with their Brokerage team They are too peaky and prefer to work with emails only
Stay away from this broker If you want to keep move the company clear with no Reports I would talk with their Owner or upper management about their customer service and ways of communication
We hauled a load for this company, specifically with Robert. Our driver involved in an accident and cargo was destroyed. Robert, instead of feeling bad for this driver, filed Freightguard report and tried to taint our reputation with lies. Our insurance id A+ and will handle this claim. However, we felt he did this because he had some type of feeling against our race. Bob, please do this the right way.

Absolutely the best company to deal with. Anyone who deals with shipping knows how difficult it can be. Not with Strategic Logistics, they make the process so seamless and easy. I have shipped dozens with them and not one problem! Luke is beyond amazing at his job and we can’t thank him enough for all he does!
