Amazing experience! I felt better after the first visit.
Edit: checking back in 30 days later. I've lost 40 lbs!!! Only 15 to go to my first big target. I'm averaging a steady .3 lbs per day loss and I almost never crave food now. So far so good --------------------------------------- I'm not normally a guy who'd believe in hypnotherapy, but approaching 290 lbs I needed to do something. My husband and I went to Mark for smoking cessation. At our consult, he mentioned having a girlfriend. When I went alone for my session the following week, he asked where I work.
