THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN MY 42 YEARS DONNA WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE PERSON IVE EVER DELT WITH IN ANY MEDIAL FIELD I WAS WITH FOR 2 YEARS AND SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY THERAPIST BUT NEVER CAME OUT SO I REPORTED HER AND AFTER THAT SHE CAME OUT THAN WASN'T 2 WEEKS LATER THEY DISACHARGED ME AND ABANDED ME WHILE ON KOLOPIN THAT COULD KILL IF NOT TAPERED OFF OF THEY JUST DROPPED ME DIDN'T OFFER ANY OTHER HELP WITH MY MEDICATION
Did nothing but over prescribe me medication and refused to take me off of it
I am writing this review to warn other caregivers, especially those responsible for adults with serious mental illness, to closely monitor services and verify that required visits are actually occurring. Our experience with Strategic Interventions was extremely concerning. The level of care was lackluster, inconsistent, and often unprofessional.
