This is absolutely the worst company that I've ever dealt with!!! They told me that they were going to come out everyday to administer my mom's IV antibiotics. Instead I got the instructions over the phone on how to do it myself. I did not mind taking care of this procedure for my mom but I'm not a nurse! And don't tell me you're going to do something and then not do it. Also nobody contacted me to see how everything was going.
