Thanks to the crew at Hillcrest who cleared all the sand and gravel from the alley and removed all the debris from the courtyard yesterday. It was a tough dirty job . They. worked very hard all day and did a great job! As well, any communications I have had with the office here and HQ have been positive so far. Thank you.

Such an awful, awful company. I could go on forever, but just this week, my unit has been without heat and hot water. Also, the building manager at the Capital Building downtown, Chantel Steele, is singularly the worst and most mean-spirited human being I've ever encountered.

29 Days Without Heat – How Strategic Group Treats Its Residential Tenants I am a tenant at Strategic Group's Capital building, just blocks from this office. On December 25, 2025, my heat pump failed. As of January 23, 2026, I am still without functioning heat. Twenty-nine days. Interior temperatures in my unit have dropped to 9°C during -21°C weather. I lived here(Capitals apartment in Edmonton) for almost two years, and my first year was great, thanks to Chanelle—the best building manager! She was professional, respectful, and always responded to emails in a timely manner. She made sure any requests were handled without issue, which made living here a good experience.
