Colleen “handled” our family trust. Took over 3 years to get the funds and finally close it out- not normal. Also- very sketchy financial statements were given to us instead of formal statements. We requested to have a professional do accounting for the trust and she ignored this and never provided this. This made me very suspicious and I don’t think we actually got all that we were supposed to get. Do not use this firm for anything! They do not stand by their work! A understanding of the law and questions that we have it what we pay you for!
Professional, responsive and friendly service. My mother used them to set up her will, living will, power of attorney documents. When she got sick and passed, everything was straight forward and easy to execute according to her wishes. The few questions I had were immediately answered satisfactorily by Colleen.
