I have sought five mental health professionals in the last 11 years. First one told me that I was either dead or very angry. The second one introduced me to a wonderful book: Buddha's Brain (a mix of modern science and modern Buddhism) and then told me that she couldn't help me. The third one was a flaky hypnotherapist who would not answer follow up phone calls or e-mails after our initial phone conversation.
