I am thankful to Darrow at Strategic Automotive for fitting me in his schedule so I can go back to work! He is smart, fast and thorough. He's been working on cars since he was a kid and now he's a certified mechanic with cheaper labor prices. He repaired 2 things on my car and I didn't have to take it to 2 speciality shops. My car was cleaned as well as having its oil changed by Darrow! It's the only place I take my car, and they look after me there! Thank you Darrow and your team for the excellent service. Maybe my favorite car store is this one. Excellent services at reasonable costs. Would advise. Certainly returning
What a fantastic location for all things automotive. The employees here genuinely care about their clients. They do not, under any circumstances, demand exorbitant fees for their services. Darrow is mentioned in every review, but he is unable to say anything because he is on vacation. Thank you for seeing that when you changed the part, there was a problem because I cared about my son's safety. Thank you for going above and beyond to make this right. I'm grateful.
