It's not Strate any more. It was sold to Maine Oxy. I have been a regular customer for many years and had nothing but positive experiences. But they sold it. My wife took in my two fancy polished $110/each CO2 tanks with built-in seals for the routine refill and they gave her back two dented, dirty old tanks, and told her they do not refill. Called and asked if they carry tig torch Pyrex cups, was told they did. Drove 20 mins out of our way and nope. Why tell someone you have something just to get them to your old outdated welding supply shop when you don't? Don't bother using these guys. There is such thing as too much good old boy ... might get someone professional to run this place.
Very overpriced, they have the market cornered in St Augustine, and sell you Chinese made torch tips..Very dissapointed to recieve cheap product at an overpriced establishment. Wouldnt even think anyone would sell a chine made victor torch tip. They also try their heart out to lease you tanks, and will not fill yours if you own them. Do yourself a favor and drive to TSC in palatka. (or Airgas if you have 6 forms of gov. issued photo ID for your tanks and proof of purchase..)
