Online order was easy. Staff upon pick U were lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Nothing there unless you want a shed
No staff to take calls, I ordered roof sheeting and got one less than ordered, I have called many times and spoke to a guy that was not interested at all, I had a roofer ready to go , he could only install what we had ,now I have to pay to get him back when the missing sheet turns up but still waiting for anyone to tell me where,when anything on my missing sheet. I have been waiting over a week for any reply to my many calls. Never again will I use Stratco Thornton, unreliable, unsatisfactory,
We had a Stratco delivery today for a patio getting built. The driver Richard from Thornton branch knew his stuff. He had a tight spot to get a huge load off. He as helpful nothing was a drama he went above and beyond. Would use him to deliver again He needs a payrise god he works hard. Thx Richard
