Avoid at all costs, went here to get patio built they made us go through hunter patio and additions. Backed by stratco, promised project completion by Christmas its now late Jan, crap quality, no accountability and won't return calls. They demand payment first, terrible service. Use absolutely any one else! It will be better

Very good service and the person I picked the items from at Thornton was a good representative for Stratco . I can't think of her name is was very friendly and helpful.
I always have to chase them. Almost impossible to get a call back. Sometimes no answer at all. Product delivery is woeful. Not all the framework for my fence turned up and no sheets supplied. But they have already been paid. This is like a ransom.
