It is hard to even add 1 star. Completely unresponsive to calls and follow ups, we are always having to chase, huge delays. Stratco recommended an installer for our expensive louvred roof, this installer didn’t know his way around the roof and we ended up with all sorts of leakages and steps missing in the construction. Massive delays. We are STILL waiting now on Stratco to fix things - they are still being mostly unresponsive, with the odd message. Zero accountability for their errors and poor service. This company is very quick to take payment, but unfortunately far less effective when it comes to communication and customer service. We ordered a brand-new shed and received no notification whatsoever that there would be a delay of two weeks for delivery. This was particularly frustrating as we had already booked trades to remove the existing structure and pour new concrete, resulting in unnecessary costs on our end. Went in this morning to enquire about purchasing a carport, I spoke to Kelly who apparently submitted the order according to her, but after a promised delivery date she said the “drop down box” wasn’t working and the order didn’t go through. What a pathetic excuse and no attempt was made to contact me, I was the one continually chasing my order while they continued to lie ! Been nothing but a miss leading event since my last purchase in .22 This purchase has been nothing but the worst experience ever Constant emails untold phone calls only to have no response. I I am five weeks into still a mixed up and knowledgeable staff that can’t even negotiate a simple Computer program Only today to send a email and to deal with Stratco’s Phone call registry staff to put you in the waiting list with no response very unsatisfactory and for the money you pay for the quality of Jaya you would expect a better ... read more
