Big shout out to Chelsea at Stratco Mandurah for the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. I had several interactions with Chelsea over a few days following an order I messed up. She firstly helped me order the right product; when it arrived in stock she called me to let me know; and when I arrived to collect it she acknowledged me by my name. Very personal and friendly and welcoming. Very pleasant young lady who knew her job well and Stratco Management, take care of her, she’s a unicorn.
Blake at Stratco Mandurah was very helpful with the design and details of my shed. Then Brad from BMJ installed it, very professional, great service, could not have rated them highly enough. Thankyou!
