Great guys, more than helpful....
Came into the store today spoke to Jack regarding sheds, he had excellent product knowledge and his Customer Service skills were amazing will certainly be going with Stratco for my build.
Took advantage of Shed Sale, Went in Mandurah store not really knowing exactly what i wanted, met with Zanda, and he walked me through the whole process, from shire applications through to Showing me design,colour options, printing forms, plans as I went, One or two issues on delivery of shed kit all resolved quickly with no fuss, Really enjoyed the whole process, project Cheers Stratco & Zanda. Ian
Absolutely disgusting customer service. 3 sales men not one wanted to address me. I even approached one and said Im busy. One sales man walked past me after serving a customer and went to his 2 mates. We walked out won’t ever go back there. Great service Mandurah.
