Great service from the team and the product was of high quality.
Last Saturday I visited another Stratco branch .The layout was very poor and service was non- existent - I eventually walked out. Today I called at Stratco Mandurah - the store layout is inviting and service was excellent. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but the young lady who served me was excellent. She saw me wandering, asked if I needed help, located my product , carried it to the till, and even offered to carry it out to my car for me. Fantastic to see that service is not completely dead.
Needed information, helpful and professional. Eager to help. Great display of products. Wherlchair accessable and good amount of parking.
What terrible service. Many times we've tried ordering materials. Get put on hold, go through to a call centre only to be told we'll get called back. Hours later, no phone call. This has happened on numerous occasions. Being forced to buy from Perth stores is disappointing but at least service is guaranteed. Poor form Stratco.
