We bought a shed from Stratco 5 years ago. When the roof was damaged, the repairer recommended buying the replacement parts from the same place. So I went to Stratco with the original invoice, thinking it would be easy for them to identify and order the correct parts. Instead, the staff member couldn't identify many of the replacement parts from the catalogue.
