I bought a large shed with a patio attached and Abhishek Nawathe helped me during the whole process! I decided to build it myself and Abhi helped me with the drawings for the council, showing the best way to build it, organizing some extra modifications that I added to the project and answering my 300 questions 🤣. At the store, I had to wait for approximately 45 minutes to speak with a staff member to make an inquiry and then place an order for the required item. The item was supposed to be delivered to the Malaga store two days ago, but since then, I haven’t received any calls or messages confirming the delivery. When I called the store’s number, the call centre assistant was unable to confirm the delivery status. There are clearly not enough staff at this store!
Rude & don't have any idea of customer service. I love to teach them what gets customers want to return because I certainly dont
Good customer care
First and probably last time I pay a visit. Worst customer service and untrained staff on using the computer. Two employees were attentig customers so I approached another one that looked free, when I ask for help she replied I'm busy sorry (on the computer). Eventually placed the order and paid but I had to picked up from the warehouse in Canning Vale When i asked for more info on blade fences and rain water tanks another employee just pointed out were to go without actually taking me there.
