Went here today 30/3/26 at 11am to purchase a pair of solar gutter lights. Went to counter to pay and the guy was there doing stuff on the computer and completely just ignored my presence for 5mins while I stood their waiting for him to FINALLY finish and acknowledge me with no aplogy when he was FINALLY ready to serve me. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and behaviour, especially competing with Bunnings, you would think they would treat their customers in their EMPTY store with a bit more regard and respect!! Michael was super helpful and highly patient with both myself, and my boys. He readily gave my younguns pens and happily helped him scribble all over a catalogue. Top banana, highly recommended.
