Good knowledgeable staff who are a bit busy most of the time to give quick service, but they are worth the wait. The product I ordered was made exactly as I wanted. Well done.

I note you've used the 'we'll be in touch' phase before to shut people up. My opinion of you just gets worse... you have such poor business acumen! Andrew (Store Manager) at Lonsdale, went above and beyond to assist me with a fencing material quote that I had submitted online. He called me to confirm exactly what I required and we had several emails and phone calls back and forth, whereby he was extremely helpful and committed to ensuring that I had everything that I needed. I can't speak of Andrew's service, knowledge and attention to detail, more highly. I thoroughly recommend him and the team.

No other customers, just me, a women - and over 50! Obviously invisible!!! One staff member barged in front of me and turned his back on me to talk to others, once again with no acknowledgement I was even there! What a group of bogans! Rude and disrespectful.
