We have had a great experience with stratco getting a custom size pergola. Andrew has gone above and beyond for us and has made the whole experience super easy.

visited planning to buy an outdoor gas heater. found them in boxes, asked if there were any on display and was told they didn't even have any in stock. when I told the staff member they were in boxes he just looked back at his computer screen and ignored me. I was ready to buy, but wanted to see the product before. there were at least 6 staff working, very few customers and nobody offered any customer service.
The two young girls that are at the cashier are great and have an amazing atmosphere about them, would highly recommend going to the store
