Pathetic customer service. Asked for a quote on outdoor blinds twice. after 2 weeks heard nothing went into there store. After a week still nothing. They are only interested in large jobs and don't even have the descency to call me back. Stay away from them is what I say.
Purchased a number of items and after enquiring about decking a staff member recommended off its list a contractor to provide a quote. The contractor attended on site measured and discussed our options and promised a quote by the end of the week. A week later no quote, called them and was promised a quote within days again nothing and another promise then we got a text informing us they won't provide a quote. Good service
I needed a side gate and first visited Stratco Ormeau, but the receptionist just forwarded my enquiry to external contractors who never followed up. It felt more like a factory than a retail store. The next day, I went to Stratco Carrara and had a completely different experience — friendly staff, clear product displays, and great service. Sakshi gave me a quote while I was browsing cabinets, and her colleague patiently explained the assembly and installation process in detail.
