I visited Stratco Gepps Cross with the intention of obtaining a quote and was ready to purchase if they could provide what I needed. I explained to a staff member that I was already being assisted and was happy to continue waiting, as the young salesperson had advised they needed to get someone else to complete the quote. Good range of pots and plants. Very friendly service. Reasonable prices.
Placed order 8:02am on Tuesday. Called to modify order at 9:02am on Tuesday, but rep couldn't work out how to refund part cost. Said they would get "someone else" to help. That never happened. Had to call early Wednesday to find out if order had actually been placed as no email confirmation received. Order had been placed without adjustment requested. Absolutely disappointing 😞 large order. Customer service throughout was appalling. Numerous phone calls every time incorrect information given. Wasted so much time chasing up deliveries. Not impressed with all of the inconvenience created by this Company
