This place is bad, man at the pickup area(Tom) was very rude. I paid 560 dollars for a fence panel. He yelled at me for parking in the wrong lane, otherwise he would not do anything, he refused to look at my docket. When I came back he told me rudely, to press the bell .I told him next, I will go to bunnings, he said , then why did you come here. Workers dont care about the survival of this store. Good luck Stratco, i will never come back
Have been reduced to driving all this way because they closed their St.Marys store. Only place to get kero so l don't freeze to death.
If you place an order weeks out you dont expect to turn up and wait for half an hour only to be told the order was stuffed up. Second time this has happened in 3 months. Get your shit together.
