We had a small but annoying leak from the gutter on our outdoor patio roof. The Stratco team went above and beyond. The issue was identified and fixed. The crew traveled from Canberra to Dubbo to ensure everything was addressed. Exceptional support and service. My shed building brother loves Stratco’s products so we ordered the materials required to build a custom carport. There were a couple of little ordering snaffu’s made worse by our fairly remote location. Louis in Fyshwick was a great help in sorting things out. They seem to be a little understaffed on Saturdays, but the staff that are there genuinely care. They assisted with the garden shed selection.
Louis at Stratco Fyshwick did his best and demonstrated excellent customer service. Overall my experiance was good despite some challenges in ordering a full size custom garage. He was responsive and ultimatly supported a dificult position to ensure a positive outcome for all.
