Louis at Stratco Fyshwick did his best and demonstrated excellent customer service. Overall my experiance was good despite some challenges in ordering a full size custom garage. He was responsive and ultimatly supported a dificult position to ensure a positive outcome for all.

Was looking for a particular colour of colour bond touch up paint and after visiting several hardware and paint stores I went to Stratco. They had the best range of colours by far and the best price overall.
Misleading promotions and a lengthy wait time to order products - it’s like buying milk but waiting for the cow to eat the grass and eventually produce milk in a natural form, than waiting for it to be pasteurised, bottled and than sent to the store - just to find it’s sold out again and you have to wait for a different cow..
Very slow to get served although I was the only person in the showroom. Service was good after that. Bought a 2 door metal cabinet and very disappointed. The design is extremely poor, instructions inadequate and assembly was a nightmare.
