Lovely staff. Alice was good. Great communication
We ordered and paid a significant amount of money for an Outback patio, only to come to install it to find several components missing. We have made numerous phone calls and emails to the Fyshwick office, and two in-person visits, and yet there is still no update on 1. if the missing parts have been ordered, and 2. when we will receive them. Fast turn around. Quality product
Not sure how this place continues to operate its that bad. Orders consistently wrong, don't meet promised deadlines, customer service is appalling and that's assuming they answer the phone (Canberra branch). Useless
