I have been trying to get a simple open pergola and deck from Stratco since March 2025. It took 4 trips into the store to get them to focus on the simple project, as the 13 or so calls weren't getting results. Eventually Stratco designed and quoted a solution which was paid back in July, ETA was two weeks. Outback pergola with Probeam for deck frame. My experience with Stratco has been extremely disappointing. After placing and paying for an order, I received no updates or delivery within the expected timeframe. When I followed up via email, I was told by a staff member that they had no record of payment. I was asked to provide proof, which I did, but this was ignored until much later. Only after repeated contact did they acknowledge the payment and advise they would try to organise delivery from Sydney.
