Went to Stratco to get some prices on pergola sheeting and slat fencing. Alys and the team were very knowledgeable and super helpful. Highly recommend. Francesca
Lengthy ordering process. Poor communication. Delivery dates not followed through on. Failed to place the order in the system. Two and a half months after delivery date. Told a new date now over a week from that date and still don’t have our full shed. Requested that the shed not be delivered in parts and the delivery driver continues to deliver in parts. My wife and I visited the Fyshwick showroom and were shown their slat fencing range. Although a little slow to respond to our quote request we were provided with a very good price by Louis
I ordered a carport that was on sale for $1,150.00. Best price offer I could find anywhere, and they looked after me with a great price to deliver it. I’m a very happy customer.
Perhaps a course in customer relations would be helpful although I suspect the staff only focus on their major customers and leave the public to themselves. I felt more like an inconvenience than a paying customer
