Not sure how this place continues to operate its that bad. Orders consistently wrong, don't meet promised deadlines, customer service is appalling and that's assuming they answer the phone (Canberra branch). Useless
Just had the rudest encounter with Alice at Stratco Fyshwick. When asked why they don’t return calls when messages are left regarding orders, her response “well, we’re too busy that’s why so what do you want” Unbelievable. Based on that interaction and her attitude we’ll take our business requirements to Lysaght. Disgraceful!
Visited your Fyshwick store today and while sadly I didn't catch the names of the two gentlemen that helped me, I tellya', I couldn't have been more pleased! You guys know who you were! You helped me with the white coro. I always visit places like this with a degree of trepidation (because I have no idea what I'm doing - not a tradesperson etc.), yet I was met with perfect understanding and solution-oriented service. Very poor customer service!
So, have been trying to get a simple carport from Stratco Fyshwick. Was hoping to get some quotes from the Fyshwick store for a supply and install but my goodness, the rep I’ve been dealing with is beyond help. Guy asked me to give him all the details - Did all that including plans only for him to tell me that Stratco Fyshwick is mainly manufacturing and that I need to source my own installer.
