The service was great with the staff being knowledgeable about the products they sell.
A big shout out to Steve and the Stratco team. For organising my Stubbie Shed install. It’s a super solid amazing shed. A few hick ups here and there with the process but Steve and Shaun diligently followed up and resolved everything. The whole installation was great, Kev the concreter and Adam the builder were amazing. Would definitely recommend these guys for a quality shed build.
After getting nowhere with STRATCO, we have obtained the following legal advice. “It is hereby documented that STRATCO has failed to deliver products and services that meet both contractual representations and applicable Australian construction standards. The subject installation exhibits substantial structural defects manifesting in water infiltration after only six months of service, constituting a clear breach of implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose.
