Came in to the Epping store recently to place a small order for some fencing materials. Sales person "ZS" (I think his name is Zayed?) was very helpful and set a new standard for customer service and professionalism, a real credit to the company. I came seeking some advice for a worn out bolt that came off a 40 year gate, instead of saying " i don't what that is i dont do gates" that's coming from a nut and bolt shop "expert" in thomastown lol, the young bloke talked me through stuff and ideas on what to do. Absolute gun,now that's proper service. Glad my dad did the pergola many moons ago with stratco.
