Received shed today Order received in a timely manner Steve the delivery guy was courteous capable and friendly Pleasure to deal with
Purchased a shed from Stratco. - Sales “expert” provided incorrect information. - Wall/roof material is too flimsy and thin. - Followed them up 4 times for the required wall sheet to finish the install. 2 weeks on and still no response. Useless. Customer has a half built $1,000 shed that can’t be used. The only good feedback is that they include detailed documentation.
David Tumeo was super helpful at the store. Answered all our questions and gave us honest advice about our purchases. Store also had lots of items set up for inspection

Came in to the Epping store recently to place a small order for some fencing materials. Sales person "ZS" (I think his name is Zayed?) was very helpful and set a new standard for customer service and professionalism, a real credit to the company.
