Rubbish service, waited 45mins to be served. Way under staffed. Only 1 staff member looking after multiple people.
My online purchase experience was with Toni King, Epping branch. Initially there was a bit on mis-understanding with quantities but once sorted Toni provided excellent support and service.
I went to have a look at sheds on display, they were priced o.k. then i had a look at their galvanised growing beds which were priced reasonably well, but decided to make my own which I stuffed it up, I should have bought the kit from them, oh well, to little too late. Overall a good experience and very helpful staff.
Very helpful and friendly staff and lots of products to look at. 5 stars for them! 3 🌟🌟🌟 for the extremely hot building. I don’t know how anyone could work in there at 35 degrees today and 38 tomorrow. I almost fainted and felt fatigued. How is this even possible? OHS should be in place for everyone.
I received great, helpful service. Your delivery person didn't live up to the charges you charge for the delivery. He was meant to call me 30mins before hand. Called me when got there. Wasn't happy that he had to wait 10mins for me to get there. And not happy that I asked him to move my delivery to the back and not the front of the property
