We received delivery this morning and the driver Sahi was very accommodating and expertly placed the building materials on our lawn. We did not want to risk a fine with the council by having it placed on the nature strip.
My car unexpectedly broke down and I had to park at the nearest place, which happened to be here. As one of the staff members was driving out after finishing work, she noticed me and immediately stopped to help. She kindly called two of the guys who work there for backup. They were all leaving for the day and still chose to help me out of their own time. I wasn’t even a customer, but they didn’t hesitate for a second. Customer service is horrible. Staff sitting talking knowing im waiting for help but looking away. Then i go ask and they say they are busy. No customers in store. Finally asked a 2nd time for help and they have no idea how to quote. Uneducated on their own products. Management take note
Kevin was great with purchasing product. Waiting 2 weeks for delivery, no communication, no courtesy call. Absolutley nothing. Took 2 days off work to wait for shed. And when i called for updates, everyone gave a different answer. Tip.. buy it if in the shop. If they say it will be delivered, buy from somewhere else.
