Great product & great service
They insist on customers driving all the way to their store to get a quote on a custom shed, despite very specific design requirements being emailed to them. With the current price of fuel, I am not spending an hour and a half in the car to get a quote. Sharpen your pencil Stratco.
Disappointed with the service I received on Saturday 11/4/26 from Paul. Came into store to purchase a simple piece of colour bond to be served by Paul and his lack of customer service. Asked for the colour I requested and was given attitude and a smart response correcting the colour I requested. Basically the colour has now changed name which is fine it was the response at which he replied.
