Our recent experience with Stratco Capalaba started off great with excellent customer service from the team member who took our order. The process became a bit problematic. Communication was inconsistent, and we had to chase up the store several times for updates on our delivery. Contacted them a number of times to organise a fencing quote , one initial phone call but no follow up, after a a number of further attempts I gave up , complete waste of time clearly they do not want the work , go elsewhere
