Good products but there’s always a very long to be served at the Canning Vale store. Once you finally get to talk to a staff member they are knowledgeable and helpful.
Duncan Stewart is a very helpful staff Very happy with his service. Need more people/staff like him.
Terrible customer service by the grumpy lady today Saturday the 17th October. Went over the top and yelled at my little one when she wasn’t doing anything to her. Yes she was naughty but I didn’t feel it was right or her place to yell at someone else’s kid like that left us with a bad experience when we came home. If someone is that miserable internally they need to not be at a customer facing role or stay home. Also feel she wasn’t very helpful with our pool pump enclosure inquiry. Won’t be coming back there again
