I would not recommend this company. I had a representative named George ( old guy) come out to provide a quote for an alfresco extension and shade. Despite calling him several times, I never received the quote. When I finally spoke to him, he admitted he had lost his diary, which contained all the measurements he had taken. He never contacted me again to redo the measurements or provide a price. This is an unprofessional and disorganised way to run a business, and I am extremely disappointed.
Highly recommend Stratco. Stephen at the trade desk is always great to deal with — very helpful, knowledgeable and provides excellent service every time. Makes ordering materials quick and easy. Great customer service all round.
