Timidly I visited Stratco Bunbury and in no time I became a regular customer; easy to deal with these guys that understood my needs more than I do; grace to Dave ( a hands on manager ), a relaxed person but full of knowledge, it help me spend on what is needed and not on what I think I need; his advises, priceless, yet at no cost; thank you guys, it's worth knowing that professionalism and kind helpful attitude can still work together.

They are very happy to sell you things. Always happy to see and served you. When it comes to helping you when what you bought and is still in warranty fails it all falls to pieces. They say the right things but nothing happens. Nothing gets fixed and months go by. You have to chase them constantly and all you get is misled and given the run around. Check what they tell you, get it in writing and I wouldn't spend money on anything expensive there again. Go somewhere else or you will regret it like we do.
Slow, unorganised, rude are some of the things that come to mind when Straco comes up. Worst company in Bunbury by a landslide.
