Great little hardware store
You leave messages after sitting on hold for extended periods of time, but never hear back from them. You then go into the store and they are just standing around. Gave up trying to call to place an order and went to Prime instead - great service there.
Timidly I visited Stratco Bunbury and in no time I became a regular customer; easy to deal with these guys that understood my needs more than I do; grace to Dave ( a hands on manager ), a relaxed person but full of knowledge, it help me spend on what is needed and not on what I think I need; his advises, priceless, yet at no cost; thank you guys, it's worth knowing that professionalism and kind helpful attitude can still work together.
