Easy online ordering but had to phone and remind them to let me know when it was ready for pickup as they forgot and the 4 hours was well past. Item was relatively easy to put together, but the online video had a couple of incorrect/confusing instructions and missing steps, which stumped me a bit at first.
Walk in the store 2 staff were serving customers another staff member was on his computer, did not bother to ask me if I wanted any help
We attended to collect a shed on behalf of a client, who had called twice during the week to confirm that everything was ready for collection. After driving all the way from Perth to Bunbury specifically for this job, we arrived to find that the order wasn’t even on site — it was still in Perth. What is most disappointing is that the manager was unwilling to assist or even speak with us about the issue.
