Helpful and friendly team. I just wish the Stratco garden sheds were abit more competitively priced.
The customer service at Brendale was ok however I was not given the right advice due their lack of product knowledge. After sale experience from Stratco head office and the store was below average. I won’t buy anything from Stratco again.
Terrible service three sales people behind computers and not one asked if I needed any help. I was the only one in the store.
Friendly knowledgeable staff
Drove 40 k's in there to check the profile of the colourbond inlay fencing panels for the saw tooth shape as different companies have different profiles some have 1 ridge some have 2 others have up to 10 ridges on the long flat surface so it has to match the neighbors back fence. Nothing on the web site gives measurement's of the profile or a decent close up. Get in there and there is NO display for the saw tooth panels. Got the other panels just not the one i need. Display ALL the available panels.
