Try get them to respond within 6-weeks…so unprofessional, so hard to get a hold of, the previous two strata managers were rude and one even threatened me. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.
👍🏻
We recently changed over to Strata Opt and have been very happy with the experience so far. Harry has been fantastic to deal with — responsive, efficient and always on top of things. He follows up promptly and gets things done without unnecessary delays.
We’ve had a very positive experience with Strata Opt. The team is professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. They are proactive in dealing with issues and always take the time to explain things clearly, which makes the whole strata management process much easier. It’s refreshing to work with a strata team that is approachable, practical and genuinely focused on getting things resolved. Highly recommended!
Strata manager is helpful providing good guidance on strata rules and laws especially when they change
