Strata manager is helpful providing good guidance on strata rules and laws especially when they change
Genuinely fantastic strata management. Responsive, organised, and proactive across the board. Our strata manager is professional. The best strata experience we've had. Highly Recommended.
Communication has been consistently poor, with issues often redirected to building management or dismissed with the excuse that they were not disclosed by the previous strata. There is very little accountability, and problems require constant follow-up with no clear resolution. Response times are slow, updates are vague, and there is minimal transparency around what actions are actually being taken. Overall, the service feels reactive and disorganised, which is disappointing given the fees being charged.”
The team are always really helpful and have been managing my building for many years. Highly recommend them if looking for a reliable Strata company.
