This was a truly abysmal experience from day one. We were met with unexcused delays for several weeks while they knew we were on a timeline. Responsiveness and follow through gets a zero. They also lacked a knowledge base of the Salto product line, and missed every deadline along the way for a commercial installation. Strategem installed our system today and I could not be happier with the service we’ve received, or the security we now have for our home. Jonathan and Basil were extremely professional and friendly, and showed me patiently how everything worked. Chuck was a pleasure to work with through our initial conversations. I’m thrilled we have switched to Strategem after trying a different provider, and wish we’d done this in the first place!
They did a great job rewiring the mess the last company left behind. Placed new cameras and set up a whole new system which has been working great. Chuck and his team Joel and Joel, did a fantastic job and have even kept in touch to make sure everything has been working well. We will definitely recommend to anyone else. The job was done for a Church and everyone of the Trustees are happy with the job and will do business with this company again.
Chuck was very helpful and came to my office to assist in an urgent situation. I am very impressed with the service and attention to detail. I appreciate their help and ability to resolve issues. I highly recommend Stratagem.
