They have emailed opinions on owners running for committee, which seems dubious ethically as it unduly influences owner elections. They discuss in emails having committees not follow legal requirements such as holding VOCs, which again is very dubious ethically. I have saved up these emails in a folder those interested in seeing.

Terrible experience dealing with this company. They were quick to send my account to a debt collection agency and then refused to discuss anything with me. I personally received no communication about the issue at all. They claim to value open communication, but they do not uphold their commitment to contact owners before escalating matters to solicitors (my phone number was on the Ledger!). Truly shameful.
We've had the displeasure of our body corporate being managed by Stratacare for 2 years now - not by choice but because the developer appointed them. As a new body corporate we were promised support and guidance but what we have received for the most part is disdain and disrespect from the very first AGM. Simple questions receive convulated verbose answers in an untimely manner.
