Kristen Casey has been an absolute godsend for our complex. She is always so happy to answer our questions and guide us. Her and Midori are quick to respond to emails and manage our complex efficiently. If you're looking for a new strata manager ask for Kristen!
TRASH! My friend has Stratacare as their body corporate. They told me Stratacare are always late with responses and are always making excuses. However, they demand invoices to be paid immediately even though they don't provide an initial notification/email. They seem really dodgy to be honest. Modern day scam artists. They care for nothing but the money. Hopefully my friend seeks a new Strata management! Highly DON'T recommend!!!
StrataCare often oversteps their bounds and gives financial advice which is incorrect which has cost our strata thousands. They have emailed opinions on owners running for committee, which seems dubious ethically as it unduly influences owner elections. They discuss in emails having committees not follow legal requirements such as holding VOCs, which again is very dubious ethically. I have saved up these emails in a folder those interested in seeing.

Terrible experience dealing with this company. They were quick to send my account to a debt collection agency and then refused to discuss anything with me. I personally received no communication about the issue at all. They claim to value open communication, but they do not uphold their commitment to contact owners before escalating matters to solicitors (my phone number was on the Ledger!). Truly shameful.
