Great place to live. Maria, the property manager is wonderful and also the maintenance crew. They're all professional, efficient and accommodating. I recommend this place to my friends.
Maria has been a very kind and helpful property manager, my husband and I are moving out after a couple year stay here. The units are great, but this is not the community for two vehicles. Parking is impossible for a second car, when we moved there was ample street parking due to the trax line but since this new affordable housing project has begun, they’ve closed that additional parking and Winco will tow you. We had a wonderful time at the bouquet event organized by the management. Everything was beautifully arranged, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. Maria is such a kind and thoughtful manager. She truly cares about the residents and always goes the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome. Her warmth and professionalism made the event even more enjoyable. We really appreciate her! I have been living here for about 6 years and Maria has been by far the best manager here at strata 99. She always goes out of her way to help any way she can and she has been such a relief for me. I hope she stays here for a long time!
Trying to charge $1700 a month for a one bed located in that part of south salt lake, the least they could do is have someone available at the leasing office when you have a tour scheduled. Drove all the way down there for nothing.
