All in all, my partner and I took a leap of faith moving to Salt Lake City from out of state, and stumbling on Strata 99 was one of our major lucks. I wouldn't be concerned with some of the other negative experiences noted on here, it usually comes from someone with way too much time on their hands, doesn't listen or read their contract or ask the necessary questions, and a last ditch effort to try to fault/discredit the manager who is likely trying to help them. It's not a perfect place, but Maria is great, and overall, I am happy here. The proximity to downtown and the trax is so nice
