Maria is excellent the best , Robert loves his Manager
I'll leave a more comprehensive review of this complex sometime, but for now I just want to give a huge shoutout to Maria. She's been a FANTASTIC property manager! Things have gotten a lot better since she's taken over. She's very friendly and has gone above and beyond to make sure we feel heard and valued as tenants. I hope the owners pay her whatever they need to to keep her here for a long long time. :)
We really enjoy living at Strata 99. Maria in the office is incredibly kind and friendly, and the maintenance team is patient and helpful. Noise between neighbors is minimal. The construction across the street can be loud at times, and occasionally trash collection isn’t consistent, but overall we’re very satisfied.
If you or a family member have a disability or speak English as a second language, STAY AWAY. Also, if you enjoy peace/quiet, this is not a great place... We have lived here for about a year and a half, and we looked passed the constant noise from cars, our neighbor running an illegal (and loud) car-repair business from his garage after hours, and psychos yelling outside our window at 3 AM or rummaging around our trash - just for the little bit of privacy we gained from having our door exit to the street instead of a hallway... read more
