I have an elderly family member who is getting charged a $195 annual fee on a Strata IRA. This fee is completely disproportionate to the amount of assets held and any services Strata is supposedly providing. In addition, trying to liquidate his IRA to stop the bleeding of funds due to their fees has been difficult, making their high fees pretty ironic.
I’m very pleased with strata trust’s service and online platform. I’ve had my account for over 3 years now and I have seen great deal of improvement.
