Strata Sense have been managing our building in Surry Hills for several years now. Raymond Tang and the wider team are exceptional. We’ve dealt with other Strata Agencies over the years on this building and also our other properties, including in Woolloomooloo, and Strata Sense is a step above the rest - by a mile. Highly recommend.

These people paid at least 10X the price for a tiny little job, there is not even a system to check any trades work carried out on the property. They constantly have staff turnover. They are so disconnected from the actual building they manage that quotes and works are massively higher than you would get with any trade direct. If you want to pay higher and higher rates, and have massive bills for minor works then give them a call. I have lived at a few apartments in my life and as a real estate agent, worked with many companies. By far, strata sense and the building management team they have provided for our building have been the best. Very proactive, they follow everything up and are very professional. Very Grateful to Leon as he helped me through speaking Chinese with me. He does not manage my building but still assisted me. it is difficult to get my message across sometimes.
