Hi, Thank you for your email. You asked me to describe the reasons for my disappointment, so I would like to explain what happened in my empty unit, which had fresh paint and new carpet. Last Friday, when I visited the unit, I noticed water damage to the carpet. Initially, I thought it was an internal issue, so I quickly arranged for a plumber to replace the dishwasher valve and hired a carpet cleaner to clean and dry the carpet. Strata Manager Shakya is quite nice and efficient, she replied my request on property floor installation straightaway, once I have all the paperwork and documents ready, thanks Shakya.
We’ve been super happy with Strata Sense since changing managers in our building two years ago, their professionalism and communications are exemplary, and they’ve been proactive in finding savings for the building in services and contractors. Of course, there were owners who voted against the change at the time, but they have been won over by the experience of dealing with Strata Sense in quite a short time. Top marks all round!
