I acknowledge the long term industry leadership of Strata Sense. Most importantly when many other strata management companies were receiving insurance commissions Marc Gibson and team went in a different direction and refused. I like good ethics and a real commitment to owners.
Strata Sense have been managing our building in Surry Hills for several years now. Raymond Tang and the wider team are exceptional. We’ve dealt with other Strata Agencies over the years on this building and also our other properties, including in Woolloomooloo, and Strata Sense is a step above the rest - by a mile. Highly recommend.

These people paid at least 10X the price for a tiny little job, there is not even a system to check any trades work carried out on the property. They constantly have staff turnover. They are so disconnected from the actual building they manage that quotes and works are massively higher than you would get with any trade direct. If you want to pay higher and higher rates, and have massive bills for minor works then give them a call.
