I really can't say enough about this company and their great service. I dealt with Thomas and Rio for my roof on my commercial building. They inspected my roof which was fairly new and found why it was leaking. They gave me a very reasonable price to fix the roof. I felt like I was dealing with a very reputable company. Unlike other on-site managers who just make the rounds and check in, Frank devotes a significant amount of time on-site.
