Hands down the best strata company we have worked with. As a real estate agent, we deal with many strata companies and Wenna had a high standard of knowledge on the building. Her team including Andrea were extremely responsive and we felt we could count on them every step of the way.
The best strata management company in the northern beaches. I have been working with Martin and the team for a few years now for our apartment block and we are really happy with all their attention to detail, expert advice and prompt service.
I am very disappointed with the service from Strata Revolution. We have a few investment units managed by other Strata Managers on the Northern Beaches and their customer service far exceeds the poor handling and management of simple admin tasks that Strata Revolution seem to struggle with. Sadly I would not recommend them.
The team at Strata Revolution have been professional & friendly from the start. It seems like nothing is too much trouble. Martin readily shares his experience & knowledge & advices on requests & questions quickly & efficiently. The team have a reliable & professional list of trades that often go over & above. I’ve loved working with the team on a number of projects at our block & recommend their services.
We’ve had an excellent experience with Michelle. The team is always responsive, professional, and proactive in handling any issues or maintenance requests. They keep us well-informed and make strata management stress-free. Highly recommended!
