I would highly recommend David and Strata Osteopathy. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable practitioner. The experience as a whole is very relaxing and enjoyable. I did not have any major issues myself, but was still unaware of limited mobility through hips, lower back and pelvis area. David takes the time to explain, not only what areas need targeting, but also educates holistic tips for keeping your body functioning in day to day life. Thank you David!
It is not often that one finds such a gifted practitioner as David. His very effective treatments are the perfect blend of knowledge, intuition and caring and my "go-to" personally and professionally.
