This is the second time I’ve left this review, as it looks like the company changed locations. Im not someone who likes to leave negative reviews, however the experience I had with Strata OCM was absolutely abysmal. Communication was terrible, works that were paid for weren’t done or took literally years to be completed due to mismanagement of funds. Our property manager is impossible to deal with and she will not come to a resolution about anything. Information that is given by her is inaccurate and on a whole she is incompetent. When she does not want to answer your questions she will simply hang up on you. That’s if you can get a hold of her, as she seems to have an awful lot of annual leave. Please feel free to educate her on what is common property and what belongs to an individual unit. She is unprofessional and shows bias toward other units that are her friends. C... read more
