I recently acquired a state-of-the-art Philips Healthcare ultrasound machine through Strata, and my initial experience has been overwhelmingly positive, notwithstanding a minor hiccup. Upon installation, I encountered a compatibility issue with an advanced probe I intended to use. Stata dispatched an engineer to upgrade the CPU chip and I can use the advanced probe now.
