Took a year to put in a clothes line, took months to make a garage secure, gaslights tenants on TV reception.. then when the landlord spends the money to work out who’s fault it is ( it was strata obvious from the get go) they go silent. I know a good strata management is very rare but these guys are another to add to the list of useless strata companies. Maybe they are good on the books but organising contractors aren’t their thing. 4 years experience You know the deal already Daniel. This isn’t a one off
Daniel and his staff run a smaller strata company. This means they know their clients better than most. Strata HQ are energy aware- and have helped their client schemes undertake lighting upgrade projects.
I have dealt with Strata HQ for the past two and a half years as Chairman of an Owners Corporation and cannot recommend them highly enough. We moved our management to Strata HQ from one of the large city based management companies due to their poor service, which was extremely expensive. Abysmal Agency. The speed and efficiency at which these people work is severely lacking. Every request made takes 2/3 weeks to get acknowledged (if at all), following which it takes another 2/3 weeks to get done What they ARE really good at is patting themselves on the back and Not speaking to residents about the status of issues. Stay away!
Requested them to fix the lights in the gym in my building. Took about 5 calls to get through to someone, and was told it would be fixed. Then whenever I tried calling again they never answered. In general they are very slow to fix any issues in the building.
