They are prompt to address any issues in the complex in a professional, thorough and efficient manner and are genuinely great to deal with. After hearing so many negative stories about strata managers I'm delighted to have landed in a building managed by Strata Experts Management. Highly recommended!

Our experience with Strata Experts Management has been extremely disappointing, and even now, as we transition to a new strata company, we are still dealing with the consequences of their poor management. One of the first issues we discovered during the transition was that our records had not been properly digitised or organised. Ray, the Manager of Strata Expert Management has been helping me out to put in a claim with the insurance company for fixing my fence which was collapsed after a storm. The job was finished but there were a few things needed to be fixed to make it safer and look right. After I had checked and emailed Ray all the information about the issues, he promptly sent a request to get the job redone probably for me. Thank you so much Ray, for all your efforts.
