Ray, the Manager of Strata Expert Management has been helping me out to put in a claim with the insurance company for fixing my fence which was collapsed after a storm. The job was finished but there were a few things needed to be fixed to make it safer and look right. After I had checked and emailed Ray all the information about the issues, he promptly sent a request to get the job redone probably for me. Thank you so much Ray, for all your efforts.
