Why do they exist? Absolutely no help with any issues. Just smoke and mirrors to make you think that they exist to help and keep things accountable for all strata’s. Their code of conduct for their members is worthless. Their problem handling is worthless. Overall zero help and zero responsibility.
I don't even know why this organization exists and I don't think they do either.
Stain on society, actively workling against owners rights. The entire system is screwing over apartment owners.
Sadly, their “code of ethics” is just words. This industry is clearly rotten from the top to the bottom and Strata Community Association is not doing anything to ensure that its members meet at least minimum ethical standards.
A great organisation consistently looking to make impact and change in a tough industry and sector.
