To schedule an appointment you have to deal with an overseas call center. Was looking for a same day urgent care issue, which they offer, but in order to find out if there’s an appointment available you have you to provide all your contact info plus your insurance information before they will give you appointment options. Extremely frustrating because if there’s not an appointment available today then I’m not interested. Call center was rude and didn’t care. I’ll search elsewhere.

My wife went to see Dr Espino with an appointment. They asked us to arrive 15 minutes early (which we did) and then we had to wait another 30 minutes past the original appointment time before she was even called back. Once she was taken back she then had to wait another 30 minutes before the doctor came in to see her. Once Dr Espino did come in we could tell he had not even taken the time to review the paperwork she provided and did not even know why she was there. Awesome service! They were so nice and got me in same day. The doctor was friendly and warm and quickly identified my issue and addressed it. Never had a better experience, anyone looking for a place that actually listens this is it.
