Their website talks about quality care- and communicating with clients. I didn't receive either one of these during my last visit to the clinic. The vet that treated my dog over prescribed antibiotics (by double the amount) needed. She clearly didn't listen to how the injury occurred and didn't treat my dog as an individual. Extremely disappointed in this vet clinic- and I would not recommend them.
My family is new to the area, but in the past six months, the staff here have gone above and beyond in a way that makes me happy to have a vet my pets can depend on. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic. Our doc (Jodie Vetter) is amazingand truly an animal person. Our animals love her~ which means my family loves her. Could not ask for more.
