I had been a customer of strangers for a very long time. I Recently bought a medium sized orchid planter to put several orchids in one pot. When I got home, turns out it was a bit too small.. I rarely ever return things, but this time I just needed to swap it for a bigger one. When I came back, I could not find my receipt and they just flat out refused to switch it for a bigger one. Very disappointing after I have been spent hundreds of dollars there and I was a regular customer. They won’t be seeing my business anymore.

We had a poor experience during return of hydrangea at store. We bought this perennial plant and while returning per policy we are told that hydrangea are annual, not perennial while hyderndeas are clearly a perennial plant. Good to check other options before you buy from strange’s

Great selection of plants. Some good prices if you shop carefully. We shopped in early spring and on a Saturday so it was packed. We still enjoyed the experience.
