Really disappointed. I specifically paid them to advise me on pursuing a missing stimulus check I had believed I did not receive. Based on their suggestions, we moved forward. During conversations they were downright rude and didn’t give me adequate time to educate me about the process and/or my misunderstandings; furthermore, they blamed their own behavior on the IRS.
