Came up on my IG feed as hyrox affiliated gym and I really don’t love the places I’ve trialed around Santa Clarita so I reached out through the website for more information. Amazing gym!!! The owner is so nice and caring
My fitness journey started about 6 weeks ago when I attempted a difficult hike, Tongva Peak Loop. I was shocked to find myself absolutely defeated by the steep grade and terrain. I had to turn back about 3/4 of the way! That’s when I got more serious about my fitness. I started going to Strange Strength 5-6 days a week. I love the atmosphere, the camaraderie, the sense of inclusion, and the knowledgeable coaches.
