Called several times and no one answered. Left a message and never heard back from them
An arcing short was discovered in a junction box. I called Strange, their lead man was dispatched immediately. Dangerous problem solved within the hour. Timing might have been a stroke of luck, and the repair was simple. However no high pressure sales for upgrade. Highly recommended.
