I had extensions installed once here. Chessie did do a good job on the installation. What I cannot handle is a text hours before my appointment to re-schedule. She re-scheduled my 15 minute appointment 3 times with hours notice, and then had already left for the day when I showed up for my appointment. I don’t know what’s going on but I want no part of a business that treats customers like this. If you can’t show up to work consistently, there’s a bigger problem.

Chassie is exceptional at being an extensionist! Her warmth and experience instantly put you at ease. She sources the best hair for her clients and her technique is fast and seamless, she's a total pro, I highly recommend this salon!!!

Stefanie was amazing at strandz i went in for the first time to get my hair done and she was so accommodating to the style and idea i had in mind she was super sweet and overall it was such a great experience i will for sure be going back to see her she is so good thank you <3

Will not be going anywhere else for extensions! Was so hesitant and concerned about the hair extensions (purchased elsewhere). Chassie did such an amazing job and I was in and out in 45 mins. Wonderful friendly place left feeling so happy with the results!
